Conference Submission Management System and Peer Review ToolsParticipant registration and manuscript submission are conducted through the
official conference website.
Submitted manuscripts are subsequently processed and reviewed through the
University Management System, which serves as the official platform for editorial management and peer review.
The system supports the complete manuscript workflow, including paper submission, reviewer assignment, communication with authors and reviewers, collection of review reports, revision management, decision tracking, and archival of editorial records. Access to manuscripts and review materials is controlled according to assigned editorial roles to preserve confidentiality and integrity of the review process.
Type of Peer ReviewCAMSTECH-V 2026 employs a
single-anonymous (single-blind) peer-review process.
Under this model, reviewers have access to author identities during evaluation, while authors do not receive information about reviewer identities. The review process is conducted confidentially to ensure objective and independent assessment.
Each manuscript undergoes evaluation by
at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the paper’s subject area.
If reviewer opinions substantially differ, an additional review may be requested before a final editorial decision is made.
Acceptance CriteriaPapers are accepted based on the following criteria:
- relevance to the conference themes and scope;
- originality and novelty of the research;
- scientific and methodological rigor;
- technical correctness and validity of results;
- significance of contribution to the field;
- clarity of presentation and organization;
- quality of discussion and conclusions;
- compliance with formatting and publication requirements;
- compliance with ethical and academic standards.
Authors may be required to revise manuscripts before final acceptance.
Similarity Checks and Evaluation ProceduresAll accepted manuscripts undergo
similarity screening using Turnitin prior to final publication submission.
Similarity reports are reviewed by the editorial team and assessed qualitatively rather than solely based on similarity percentage values. Editorial evaluation considers the nature and context of overlaps and distinguishes legitimate academic citation from potential publication ethics concerns.
Particular attention is given to:
- unattributed textual overlap;
- duplicate publication;
- self-plagiarism;
- excessive reuse of previously published material;
- inappropriate citation practices.
Where concerns are identified, authors may be requested to provide clarification, revise the manuscript, or address identified issues before a final publication decision is made.
Ethical Requirements for AuthorsAuthors submitting to CAMSTECH-V 2026 must comply with accepted standards of publication ethics.
Authors confirm that:
- submitted work is original and has not been published elsewhere;
- manuscripts are not simultaneously under consideration by another publication venue;
- all cited materials are properly acknowledged;
- all listed authors made substantial scholarly contributions;
- data and results are presented honestly and accurately.
Authors may use
AI-assisted tools only for language improvement, formatting assistance, or editorial support. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, interpretation, and integrity of submitted content. AI systems cannot be listed as authors.
Any confirmed misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, manipulated content, or authorship violations, may lead to rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript.
Submission of a manuscript constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these peer-review and ethical requirements.
Final decision is taken
by the Publisher.
